New Year Challenge!
January 2nd - February 27th
An 8-week challenge that will teach you about utilizing macros, proper movements in the gym, and help you make a start at long-term sustainable changes. Challengers will have access to private member pages, private FB group, and unlimited access to me - the same benefits of all subscription members! Think of it as a mini "boot-camp" of training with me - you will get personalized macros (carbs, fat, protein) as well as education on what macro are and how to track them. You will receive a semi-personalized program to utilize at the gym or AT HOME for three days per week, access to my exercise database, and availability to ask questions to me 24/7. My goal for you is to learn how to create a healthy lifestyle and continue on after the challenge is over.
How it works:

LOCK YOUR SPOT - Click the JOIN link w/ either 'VENMO' or 'PAYPAL' (please send as 'friends and family' when prompted) to submit your $165 registration fee. PLEASE ADD YOUR EMAIL TO THE PAYMENT DESCRIPTION!! Once that's submitted, you will receive an email with next step instructions.

TELL ME ABOUT YOU - In your email, you will be sent a questionnaire that asks you about your current fitness level, nutrition, daily habits, future fitness goals, and more.

RECEIVE YOUR PROGRAM - Based on your questionnaire response, you will be evaluated by me and sent a semi-personal training program for the 8 weeks. You'll get information/videos on how to perform the movements, how to log your workouts, how to utilize flexible dieting, and how to check in with me every other week and/or day.
