Why MYfitness?

MYfitness is targeted at people that want to understand and implement nutrition and training protocols. It's not a "one size fits all" mentality, but rather a unique and customized program that fits you and your needs. You get one-on-one attention and strong communication between trainer and client. This is a program that is designed for you and will help you reach your fitness goals safely and correctly!

How to get started?
